Did you know…
In old England fossilised ammonites were thought to be petrified snakes. They were known as Snakestones or Serpentstones and were believed to provide protection from snake bites.
Each left and right facing ammonite is 12mm (0.5”) wide and have sterling silver studs and butterfly backs.
All our ammonite jewellery range come packaged in a black presentation gift box inside an organza pouch.
All our earring designs are made from solid polished lead free pewter which is non-tarnishing (that was the lead) and is guaranteed nickel and allergen free. We use Sterling Silver studs and backs for their strength.
The use of solid metal means the surface of your ammonite stud earrings will never rust or flake. To clean, simply wash with warm soapy water and on the silver components occasionally use a silver cloth.
