Ivy Leaf Cufflinks
An elegant and beautifully detailed pair of pewter ivy leaf cufflinks on sterling silver fittings.
Wedding gifts for him
Ivy guards against negativity and disaster. Its power lies in its ability to cling and bind, making it a potent symbol of determination and strength.
Our wonderfully textured cufflinks are great presents for Father’s day or Valentine’s day and look fantastic when combined with our matching ivy necklace and earrings to make the perfect wedding gift for the bride and groom.
The ivy is the tree for the month of October. A tenacious plant by nature, it symbolises a powerful survival instinct and adaptability.
Did you know...
Traditionally, ivy was grown along the facades of inns and pubs as a trail of ivy leaves placed in the path of a drunkard was supposed to sober him up. Also, men suffering with hair loss would wear an ivy wreath to put an end to their woes!
Happy customer comment…
"Hi, just wanted to say thank you for having the cufflinks delivered so promptly. They were a surprise for my new husband on our wedding day and he loves them!" - Angela
Each pewter ivy leaf is 20mm (0.8”) wide and the cufflink mechanisms are sterling silver.
The cufflinks come packaged in a black gift box inside an organza pouch.
Glover & Smith cufflinks are created using polished lead free pewter which is non-tarnishing (that was the lead). We use solid metal, so the surface will never flake or rust and we use Sterling Silver for the cufflink mechanisms for its strength.
Just wash with warm soapy water to clean and occasionally use a silver cloth on the silver components.
