Hare Symbolism

The hare is a symbol of fertility, intuition, rebirth, promise, fulfilment, and balance, so it makes an ideal little Easter, Springtime or Christmas stocking filler gift too.

Good Luck Charm

This is an old English folk tale originating from here in Salisbury, Wiltshire. The legend tells of a hare, dancing during a full moon, and that anyone who sees the hare is said to have good fortune and luck for the rest of their days.

The pewter lucky hare is 3.3 cm (1.3”) tall and comes packaged in an organza gift bag with an illustrated card. However, if you select gift wrapping, the hare will come in a gift wrapped black presentation box.

Unusual Hare Gifts

Each lucky hare is hand crafted from solid polished lead-free English pewter which is non-tarnishing (that was the lead in old pewter). Using solid metal means the surface of your sculpture will never flake like a silver plated one. To clean, just wash with warm soapy water.
