Oak Leaf Acorn Christening Cufflinks Gifts in a Personalised Engraved Box
Our Christening cufflinks have a finely detailed acorn on a twig shaft leading to a perfectly formed oak leaf and are presented in our personalised Christening Keepsake box; all made from lead-free pewter.
Engraved Oak Leaf and Acorn Christening gifts
The Little Acorns Christening keepsake box is adorned with an acorn nestled on a bed of oak leaves. The proverb "Great oaks from little acorns grow" is engraved on the underside of the box lid alongside a space for an engraved message.
The "adult size" cufflinks are a lasting keepsake that can be used later in their life, long after the baby clothes, and teddy bear picture frames have been outgrown and given to the charity shop!
Personalised Acorns Christening Gifts
We can fit up to 18 characters or spaces onto the underside of the box lid and it’s up to you what you want! Tick the add engraving box and type in your message. The cufflinks and box come complete with a ribbon tied certificate for you to add your own personal message.
Strong, steadfast, enduring and mighty, the Oak tree, the very essence of England, symbolises: stability, hospitality, honour, strength, eternity, liberty and endurance.
Each oak leaf is 15 mm (0.6”) wide and the acorns diameter at its widest point is 8 mm (0.3”) the same as a button. The Christening keepsake box is 5 cm (2”) in diameter and comes, with the rolled certificate, in a black presentation gift box.
The certificate does not specify Christening so it can be given for other occasions too, for example cufflinks for the Groom.
Hand Crafted Oak Acorn Christening Gifts for Boys
All Glover and Smith Christening designs are made from solid polished lead-free pewter which is non-tarnishing (that was the lead in old pewter).
Because we use solid metal the surface of your Christening gift will never flake like a silver plated Christening gift. To clean just wash with warm soapy water.
All our Christening designs are completely nickel-free and made exclusively by us in our Salisbury workshop.
