English heritage gift ideas
Spirals are one of the more common forms of British Neolithic art and the triple spiral (or triskele) is often called the 'Spiral of Life'.
Glover and Smith’s silver coloured lead-free pewter is totally food friendly and the spirals spoon can be used for tea, coffee, salt, sugar, or anything you like!
Triple spirals denote the "three realms" - land, sea and sky, the cycle of life, death and rebirth and personal growth, human development and spiritual progress.
It is a positive ancient symbol representing luck, eternity, change and growth; the very essence of life.
Each spiral of life spoon is 10 cm (3.9”) long and comes in a presentation gift box, together with care and usage instructions.
Each spiral of life spoon is hand crafted from polished, solid lead free pewter which is non-tarnishing (that was the lead in old pewter) and completely nickel free and food safe.
Because our designs are all created in solid metal, the surface of your spirals spoon will never flake like a silver plated spoon. To clean, simply wash with warm soapy water.
All our designs are made exclusively by us in our own workshops in Salisbury, Wiltshire.
