Each Glover and Smith personalised pewter pheasant trinket box is handmade from polished, solid pewter. Our modern pewter is completely lead-free, so it won't tarnish like the pewter of years gone by which had a high lead content and a dull finish. It is also nickel-free and therefore hypoallergenic.
Because our designs are all created in solid metal, the surface of your personalised pheasant trinket box will never flake like a silver-plated box. To clean (if necessary), simply wash with warm soapy water.
All Glover and Smith pewter personalised boxes are made exclusively by us in our pewter studios in Salisbury, Wiltshire.
